Questions

Is the handwriting redrawn?

No. We remove the paper, the lines and the stains, and keep the ink exactly as it was. Every curve on the product is a curve they actually made.

What if the note is faint, or on lined paper?

Lined paper and card edges are removed automatically. Very faint pencil sometimes needs a better photo — we will tell you before you pay, not after.

How long does it take?

Made in 2–5 business days, then 2–6 business days on the way within the United States. For Christmas delivery, order by 8 December.

What if it arrives wrong?

Send us one photo. The remake is ordered within one business day, free, and you never have to send anything back.

Can I put new words in their handwriting?

Short words only, and every result is marked as assembled from their own letters. We will not write new sentences as if they said them.

Do you ship outside the US?

Our own shop ships within the United States, free of charge. From the United Kingdom you can order through our Etsy shop, which handles UK VAT at checkout. Other countries: not yet. We would rather do a few places properly than many badly.
