What you confirm when you upload

That the handwriting is yours or your family's, and that you are ordering for personal use. We are not able to check this, so we rely on you.

What we will not make

Signatures, identity or bank documents, and the handwriting of public figures. We may refuse any order without giving a reason, and refund it in full.

Remakes and refunds

A damaged or incorrect print is remade free, with no return needed: send one photo and the remake is ordered within one business day. If you would rather have your money back, you get a full refund, no questions asked.

Because every product is made for you

Personalised items are exempt from the usual right of withdrawal. That does not change the remake and refund promise above, which is more generous than the law requires.

New words

Words assembled from their letters are always marked as such. We do not create new sentences and present them as something the person wrote.
